I am slightly embarrassed to admit that I found the lumbar support which would inflate on its own and which I felt I could never deflate completely, just too much to live with. The dealer took it out and the embarrassment is that the support is a piece of very pliable plastic about eight inches square, with the two cloth bladders laying on top of each other, one for lower and the other for the upper. It just seems so flimsy to cause any annoyance, but the tech said that he couldn't deflate the bladders completely.
It does seem better, perhaps thirty or forty percent less push on my back.
It's just the dammed princess and the pea story that keeps popping up in my head.
