Airmatic pressure relief valve

My car sat for quite a while and all the bags aired out. I started it and the rears came up but the fronts did not. I’m getting an error for A91y1 Airmatic pressure relief valve. If the valve stuck open would that just allow the air bleed out and not fill the bags? But why would the rears come up? I’m baffled.
PS this is in my S430 but it shares the same Airmatic with my E55

Could also be the valve block?

The valve block is only a year old. Of course that doesn’t mean it couldn’t be bad. But the code is specifically for the pressure relief valve which is in the compressor.

Hmm weird indeed...Do you have an aftermarket airmatic compressor? Did you also swap out the relay for a new one?

Solved

Pressure relief valve had a small bit of rust. Cleaned it up, lubricated it. All is well. Still having an issue with left front strut but I’m pretty sure it’s the strut itself. The other 3 work fine
