Winter tires on stock 9" rears

Winter tires on stock 9" rears
Some have mentioned that they have put winter tires on their stock rims. The wides 18" winter tire I can find is 245. Will this fit on the 9" stock double spokes or is the wheel too wide?

You can buy Blizzak LM-22 in 265/35/18 and 245/45/18 which are the stock sizes for the W211 E55.
