My w211 radio does not turn on. When looking through the codes on my foxwell I found a code indicating a ting the wakeup is not active due to low battery voltage. The batteries are new, voltage is over 14 volts. I have had water in the trunk, and no starts because of a dead battery but the battery is currently fully charged.

Any advise is appreciated.
