Picked up a used 74mm pulley for a great price. Only problem I have is the factory supercharger pulley washer is too big and sits on the snap ring of the DTK pulley. Anybody have any suggestions for this? VRP sells a bolt and washer set which is 49.8mm across but it doesn’t look like it’ll fit. The inside diameter of the bearing in the DTK pulley is 45mm with only about 3 or 4 mm clearance until the snap ring. Anybody running this pulley that can help is appreciated!

Actually just figured it out if anybody has this issue down the line. Grind down the snap ring all the way around until the washer sits in with 1-2mm all the way around to allow it to sit center on the pulley when you tighten it down. Extend the plier holes toward the outside edge of the ring and you’ll still be able to open and close the ring using snap ring pliers no problem.
