Few questions about supercharger oil change
I'd like to change the oil in my CLS55's supercharger. I watched a few videos and at this time I more or less understand the process, though I have few questions:
1) My main question is: can someone tell me the Mercedes document number related to changing supercharger oil or at least where it is located in WIS. I couldn't find it there in two sections: 9 - Air intake, turbocharging and 13 - Air compressor, belt drive. Also it seems other sections are not related to the supercharger.
2) What is the torque spec for tightening the plug? On all videos people tighten the plug till it's flush with the supercharger case. Idk if it stops there or you could continue turning it.
3) Is it ok to buy a 1/4" Teflon (PTFE) tape or should I get 1/2"? I don't know the length of the plug.
4) People say you should add 150ml of Mobil Jet Oil II because this is how much is filled at the factory. But at the same time they remove less than 150ml of the old oil. They say you shouldn't fill oil to the drain plug (or till it starts to leak out from that hole). But extracting less than 150 and adding 150 means now you have more than 150ml of mixed oil there. I wonder if someone can share a link to the document describing the amount of oil needed. Some say less is better: I just watched a video related to VMP supercharger where the guy said they sell 3.5oz (about 100ml) of oil for their superchargers. I understand all superchargers are different, so VMP may need 100ml while IHI a bit more, but I'd to get some official documents telling you needs exactly this or that.
Thanks in advance.

3) The plug is very shallow and small. I believe the 1/4" is more than enough
4) Only fill what you extract! 150ml Is the total amount of oil in there, but you wont be able to extract this using the syringe method. Normally you will be able to extract around 120/130ml.
I made this video last time I did this (2nd time for me)
