Weird whining noise.
Just finished a 500 mile road trip and after getting home today (after straight 200 miles) I hear this loud whining noise around the throttle body. I have a 2010 G55 (m113k). Was wondering if anyone has had this problem before?

Was it particularly hot where you were driving? They all make that same noise, just not at thag same amplitude. I'd say let it cool and see if the sound remains... Might be an early indicator of throttle body failure.

I did turn off the car, and turn it back on and it was still there, but when I left it overnight, and turned it on this morning, it didn't make the noise.
Wonder what the TB is doing to make that type of noise.
This got me down a rabbit hole of looking at different TB upgrades, and if it's even worth it, or do I just stay stock? Only mod I have is the 77mm pulley, VRP heat exchanger, and split cooling.

This is not a normal sound indeed. I suspect either the throtte body or the supercharger valve. Are you able to get it scanned?
When you put the key in and put it on ignition (2), and wait for a moment, do you hear the throttle body clicking?
