Congrats, Gareth. You deserve it! I've only been part of this board for two weeks and I can feel your excitement. As you know, my car is not supposed to arrive until March '05 but I got a curious call from the Beverly Hills MB dealer that a car with pretty much the stuff that I ordered just arrived today. Who knows -- we may both have our cars by tomorrow!!

I am excited for you, but will the dealer have it tomorrow? It took five days for the car to get to my dealer after it was turned over to carrier. I had my hopes up that I'd be able to pick it up the next day, but it didn't make it. I hope your experience is different.

thanks for the congrats guys. just got off the phone with the sales manager. its coming straight from LA up to bay area, so it should be here tomorrow afternoon or sunday morning. but you guys are right. since parts is closed and no mechanics work sunday at the dealership, i might be out of luck until monday AM. but hey, monday is my birthday, so not all bad.
