m113k upgraded crank pulley question

i know a very little about crank pullies harmonic damper properties ... my question is the following , is it possible to fabricate a one piece

almost all stock engines comes with a harmonic damper , ( with the rubber part between two metal parts ) however i see few options available for the m113k
1- removing the outer ring from the stock crank pulley and install a fabricated bigger one
2- buy one from innovators west or VRP or others

as for option number 1 , i did it and it stayed for 18 months then failed .... then installed another fabricated one 4 years ago....now i can see that it start to have some little unbalanced movement... so i wanna change it ..

as for option 2 i see those pullies as one or 2 pieces but without the rubber so if that is the case then my first question answer will be yes unless there is something that i am not considering about those aftermarket pullies ...

well , spend a few days doing some research on the subject found out that the m113k crank pulley is actually a crack pulley ( NOT a harmonic balancer)

- the m113k internally balanced and does not require an external balancer... so this pulley is actually not for balancing

- the rubber in the middle of the pully is to absorb the harmonics coming from the crank shaft but in order to do that it requires the crank pulley to be press fitted in to the crank in order for the vibrations to be transmitted efficiently, which is not the case in the m113k since you can remove the pulley by hand once you unscrew the crank pulley bolt...

- but this pulley still has 2 rubbers ( for the first 6rib belt and another one for the supercharger belt ) so i suspected that the inside rubber for the first accessory belt is to compensate for the AC compressor kick in and the outer rubber is to compensate for the supercharger clutch kick in... this is just speculations...

however i decided to remover only the outer rubber and create an aluminium outer ring with a size of 180mm ( which is my previous clank pulley size) create 6 pins around the pulley to connect steel to aluminium and weld that lock in place....

- no vibration so far nether on cruising nor on full throttle...
- no change in the pulley behaviour in terms of wiggling or anything yet but it is very early to tell since it is only installed on the car 2 days ago...
- had to torque the bolt a bit tighter then the stock specs ( now it is 200nm +120 degree instead of the 90 degrees )

since the car is daily driven so will give it a month or two then will report back.

now there is no rubber between the inner pulley and the outer ring

this is my custom wrap pulley

these marks showing the locks that i was talking about earlier to connect steel to aluminium
