Yep, exactly. Spacing the bracket out is a cheap and easy way to lower it. I just wanted to make sure its stock, so we know what we are working with

Yes. So long as the voltage values are in the acceptable range the module will accept the values.
The values shown are for the front end at its lowest height and the rear end at its lowest height. Personally, I set the rear of my car at -1.2 degrees so the rear is higher than the front to give the car an appearance of a big cat preparing to pounce.

With respect to the level sensors, it might be interesting to test that the left and right both behave reasonably. I think it is relatively easy to pop the link from the sensor to the suspension arm off, and then have an assistant move it up and down, to verify that the voltage readings are sensible, i.e. reproducible and reasonably linear, with no dead spots.
All the best,

Wrap up. Replaced the two front struts with re-manned Arnotts. All went without any major hiccups. When done, I added some air to each strut and then once the car was on the suspension I leveled the car using Star. Stunningly easy to do. Once that was completed I came out of DAS and then established another session with the car. I wondered what the air pressure was in each air spring. Surprising, each corner was exactly the same at 5.49 bar. That may be typical but, it surprsied me.
