The P0191 code indicates a problem with the fuel rail pressure sensor, which can be caused by several factors, especially after tuning and modifications. Since you've recently tuned the engine and made modifications, it's possible that the fuel pressure settings were altered beyond the sensor's optimal range, leading to inaccurate readings. Additionally, issues such as a failing fuel pump, a malfunctioning fuel pressure regulator, or clogged injectors could contribute to the symptoms you're experiencing like power drops and engine hesitation. Wiring problems, such as damaged or corroded connectors to the fuel pressure sensor, might also be disrupting the signal to the ECU. While replacing the fuel sensor is a good step, the PCV valve shouldn't be overlooked either, as a faulty PCV system can affect engine performance by disrupting the air-fuel mixture and crankcase pressure. You should probably run a full system scan. There should be fault codes on at least one or more control modules related to this. You'll either need to take it to a mechanic, but if you want to figure this out yourself, then you'll need to get a full system scanner. The youcanic full system scanner is very good at diagnosing all systems, and there are other scan tools that can do this. Just be careful to use a full system scanner or you may scan the car and see no fault codes as some scanners can read all vehicle systems. For your picture, it looks like you are just using a basic obd2 scanner which may not show all codes. I hope this helps, and feel free to reach out if you have more questions!
