Can anyone tell me what the part numbers are for the left and right 07-09 W211 E63 Mufflers?

Right 211 490 60 21 (right side includes the center resonator)

What about 491 19 00 and 491 20 00? That is what I am pulling up, want to be certain they're E63 mufflers.

Do those part numbers start with 211? If so, my online dealer site does not recognize those numbers.

I had not checked online my numbers to see if there were updaded or availability issues of those numbers. I have now checked and the numbers have been updated to:
Left: 211 490 97 21
Right: 211 490 98 21
While those are the current numbers they are currently listed as not available/backordered. You should talk to a dealer parts department to find out if there is a way to actually buy them. Prices were not shown on the site I use.

Yes, there is a 211 in front of those numbers.

I checked MBWorld, and it appears these are E63 mufflers so I'm a bit unsure where there are so many part numbers. I wonder if the difference is because of the year/years?


Any W211 E63 owners that can chime in or better yet, take a few pics of the part number of their mufflers if they're able to? Thanks!
