E55 Performance drop

E55 Performance drop
Hi guys. I'm new to this forum. I've had my E55(2003 W211) for a while now, and I have a couple of probelms with it.
1. Performance suddenly drops. Feels more like a E320. Hard presses to the accelerator, but no acceleration. Especially at high speeds (100km/h+).
2. Late gear shifts. Way into the redline zone~
3. Car vibrates alot at high speeds.
I've tried many service centers, but no one can find the problem. STAR cannot detect anything. Anyone have similar probelms?
