Has anyone tried their products? They offer an exchange program for our non-MP3 compatible headunits to upgrade them to MP3 and DVD. The Mp3 upgrade is only $300 but the website seems "off" and the NY contact number doesn't work and the other number goes to "Miguel's cellphone."

Anyone have any experience - good or bad with this outfit?

please get your facts straight...there IS a sponsor from the netherlands on this forum and that dutch dude also offers comand related products - but I am pretty sure that the dutch dude's english is a bit beter then whatever this was

OW: and for all those people that are still wondering about the MP3 capable software for their comands: go to your MB dealer and order a software update disc for the comand (which costs somewhat between 10 and 20USD) instead of sending your comand back & forth.

Well now let me tell you about my experience that I had with MB Doctor.

I ordered the Euro Command unit for my CLS55 from this so called MB Doctor and when I installed it the damn screen was kind of blurry maybe kind of burnt from leaving it on day after day. I'm guessing this dumb @ss sent me his display unit. Oh, and let alone that the damn CD would stay stuck once the head unit would warm up. So as soon as I would get in the car I had to make sure that it was the CD that was going to be heard for the entire trip. This is what I recommend to everyone who wants to watch DVD's and play MP3's on the head unit just buy a euro command head unit and you can program it in about 5 minutes. They pop up periodically on ebay anywhere from $399.00 - $699.00
