CL65 wheels on a W211 E63?

Hey guys I came across a set of OEM 19" 2005 CL65 wheels. I know read that the SL65 wheels are the ones that fit the W211 perfectly. But was wondering if thats also the case with the CL65? Could this work or do I need to just stick to looking for the SL65 wheels?

Will likely have to use quality spacers and longer lug bolts, but they should fit with the correct ones.

I think I found a set of SL 65 wheels for sale and I want to make sure these are the right ones...

Front 8.5xJx19' H2 ET44 and Rear- 9.5X19; ET60

Will this be the ones that fit ideally on the W211?

May not. Here is the issue. The width and diameter of the wheels should not be an issue but the offset may be an issue. The offset number is the amount the mounting face of the wheel offsets from the center of the wheel. So, a wheel with with a 60mm offset (as the rears that you posted here show) are that much from the cneter of the wheel toward the center of the car. The stock MB wheels for your model has a rear wheel offset of 44mm - thus, 16mm (or converted 5/8") less than the replacement wheel. This replacment wheel would move the wheel 16mm (5/8") that much closer to center of the car. Only careful examination of the inner wheel tub and suspension components to see if moving the wheel that much closer would be a problem. And the outer of the wheel would be 16mm moved in from the fender lip. Again, only carefull review of your car will tell whether the wheels can be moved in that much and not have an issue.

For your reference, the front and rear offsets for your stock wheels are F-38mm and R-44mm. The front replacement wheels are only 6mm (about 1/4") difference and set in closer to the center of the car while turing the front wheels full left and right to make sure that is sufficient sapce of the wheel to be closer to the center. That 6mm may not be an issue as much as the rear wheels. But, again careful examination is needed for any of these to be considered. While you may have sufficinet room to move the wheel in 6mm (1/4") it would be much more a challenge being able to move the rear wheels toward the center 16mm (5/8") without having an issue. As previously mentioned a quality spacer in the raer (15mm) would bring the 60mm down to 45mm and get you where you need it to be - but then, you have spacers. I hope this is helpful.
