Smooth Running Data Messy

Hi Guys

Trying to track down the smooth running of the E55 - live in cylinder observations bounce all over the shop on all cylinders with some up to +-6 , with the acceptable threshold supposed to be at +-3.5. This is regardless of when at idle (bumped up to 700rpm from 650) or when engine at 2k say - adjustments seem to be the same.

Also an odd one is the mixture adaptions on bank 1 ranges from 157 to 161 and on bank 2 from 1 to 3. I cant explain the difference between bank 1 and bank 2?

Caveats - Has a 180m Pulley, Wetterauer Tune (basically same as Kleeman), Kleeman Cams, Carbon intake with BMC filters and Kleeman style headers. No Primary Cats. Secondary O2's disabled. Stock exhaust otherwise, 35k miles.

I am thinking Injectors / Primary O2 sensors / Fuel filter ?

No specific codes thrown.

I don't have any help for your question unfortunately, but curious about Wetterauer Tune. How would you classify them, remote tuner or something more in-depth? Their knowledge of the ECU?

When I went to Kleemann to sort out the TCU tune for the 2.82 diff and dropped my car on their Dyno - the Wet tune made as much as their tune does. 613hp implied Crank HP. They were reasonably impressed I would say, Then again this was mbe 7 years back?!

Was O2 sensors - replaced all 4 and we good to smooth running again.
