Color Poll
Hi guys, I am going to be ordering an e55 for Febuary production March delivery that will replace my Cayenne TT. I am very torn on Color but leaning towards Capri Blue. My Cl55 was black and my sl55 was mars red. I choices are Capri Blue,Flint Gray or if I can get it fire opal red. What are your guys thoughts.

Which I find totally amazing because if you got to 'Mattars' post where he shows thw photos of his Designo edition E 55 (finally!!!) which was the fire opal red color, you will see that everyone was giving it rave reviews. Heres the link for that: https://mbworld.org/forums/w211-amg/91771-pics-finally.html Anyway, who cares what anybody else thinks? Would you asked everybody you know if they thought whether your girlfriend/wife was beautiful before you started dating her? Exactly! Get what appeals to you not what appeals to the masses. It would be a boring world for it all to be the same

I have owned my Cayenne TT for about 8 months. Unlike some of the other owners I have had a very positive experience. I drove several SUV's when purchasing and this is the only one that truly felt like a car. It is very comfortable handles very well for a 6000lb suv. The power is the best part. It is faster than 80% of the cars on the road. You can weave in and out of traffic and feel confident just like a car. You can do an upsolute chip for $500.00 and be over 500HP light up the tires and leave C5's in the dust.
As far as complaints I think most of the bugs in the 2003's were worked out. Mine is a 2004 and I have had a nagging problem with the keyless entry system not working, the car will hestiate when I punch sometimes and it drives you nuts. I think there is a software fix for this. My biggest complaint is the gas. If you drive it like it was meant to be driven you will get 8 to 10 miles per gallon hence why I am getting an e55. My office was recently relocated and I now have a 1 hour commute twice a day. I am not sure how much better the e55 will be but my sl55 was way better than the cayenne. I will probably get another cayenne in the near future as I trade my daily driver in every 8 to 12 months.
