Buying OEM (for 2004) 18" E55 wheels?

Where is the best place to buy OEM 18" E55 wheels, like those which came standard on an 04?

It looks like Tire Rack sells them for $539 front/ $569 rear, but I haven't confirmed yet if they are in fact OEM AMG-issued wheels, or just knockoffs.

Obviously I could get them at the dealership, but I'd like to know if there are other, less expensive alternatives.

Your info is appreciated.

BSIMONSON:

I have an '04 and am very interested to sell my OEM Rims w/tires so I can go aftermarket. I've done research (You always think your own stuff is worth a lot!) and will sell the entire set w/tires for $2100.(Let's talk)
The Fronts are still 60-65% good and original
The Rears are relatively new(2000 miles) & I went with 275/35/18 to fill out the rear a little better. The rims are Flawless/Perfect and have 14k miles

If interested feel free to call my cell 1-(561)-309-9291 or e-mail me @ ksperanza@mmatsproaudio.com

PS- These are True Original AMG Rims from my '04 E55

Don't be fooled by "knock-offs"- I have an extra set of those "Brand New" still in the box -- Sizes : Fr - 19x8.5 // Rear - 19x9 Price $1200
Thanks

Thanks Ken. I appreciate your offer. However, I should have been a little more specific in my initial post.

The wheels would be for my mother-in-law's E55. She recently punctured a rear tire and ruined it, and the dealership held her car for almost a week because they "couldn't locate" the right tire. She was quite frustrated, and in her frustration made the decision to purchase two OEM wheels to be kept as spares (in my garage, of course...argh) in case this ever happens again. I've convinced her to replace her Contis with Michelin PS2's next year, and we'd keep the relatively-new Contis as reserves, two of which (one front & one rear) would be mounted on her spare wheels so that we could just swap out the flat with a ready-to-go setup until the flat is fixed or replaced.

Probably not the most practical thing to do, but I don't see an alternative considering that her car has no spare. Unfortunately, the fix-a-flat kit didn't cut it for this flat. Basically, she never wants to have this aggravation again.

So at this time I'm only looking for two wheels in OEM size, and no tires. The dealership just quoted me $424 each for these wheels, but the guy kept insisting that they were 17" and not 18" I think he was mistaken, because he said there were no 18" wheels available in his system for an 04 E55, only 17". (I'm pretty sure her wheels are 18".) As such, his price quote was likely also inaccurate.

I picked up a set of 1 yr old rims in perfect condition with worn rears and fronts with 50% tread off the for sale forum for $1000. Be patient and check the forums twice a day.

I've gotten a replacment rim from Tire Rack before. They're original AMG wheels. At the time the price was quite a bit lower than the dealer. You're correct that the '04's have 18" wheels.

Thanks, all, for the info. The E55 is sitting in my garage at the moment, so I can confirm that it's wearing 18" wheels.
