Vibration at idle

Hello everyone,
It seems it's my turn to deal with this issue.
The vibration seems be only at stand still, in P, N, and D. It's very noticeable in cold temperatures and seems to almost completely resolve itself once the car is fully warm, almost.
I've had a lot of maintenance done over the years but as far as I recall never replaced the PCV. After doing some reading here and coming across bbirdwell's suggestion that's where I'm going to start.
I would appreciate any helpful info on this repair and(if this doesn't resolve it) other possible causes. I realize there may be many but I hope to narrow it down. So if you've had this issue and fixed it please let me know.
I'm at 110k mikes, no CEL. Plugs have been replaced (been a while). I don't think I've ever changed coils. Valve covers were done, but looks like they're leaking again. Injectors are aftermarket 550. Mounts and many suspension components have been replaced. Transmission has about 15k miles on it.
Look forward to any input and TIA.

Trying to keep her burning rubber!

Dang, I wish my E55 looked that good!
You mention cold; could it be that the motor and transmission mounts are hardened/stiffened by the cold? This theory would make sense in cold weather. I recommend wait it out a couple of months and see if the issue disappears in warmer weather.
FWIW, I usually keep my car in the garage (70* F) but when I don't, I notice the car feels/acts/sounds different on cold (freezing or below) mornings. Very noticeable to me...plus I get the occasional error code from the suspension after a below freezing night with the car outdoors.
My recommendation? Wait it out until warmer weather. If it is still a problem, at least you won't be uncomfortable working on the car outside. (Brings back memories of replacing the starter on my 1979 BMW 630 CS while I was laying on a piece of cardboard surrounded by snow and ice while stationed in West Germany).

Check your battery condition / ground connections - new battery and cleaning grounds helped for me.

Gets worse when its cold and battery struggles if marginal.

Thanks.

Alright, I'll observe for a while. Is the PCV difficult to get to?

No. As the weather has been warmer I'm experiencing it less. I'm guessing a cracked hose that shrinks more when cold. Just a guess. Also, a good spirited drive seems to resolve it also so maybe too many short commutes???

Any codes? You might pull out a can of starter fluid and start spraying around hoses etc and see if you can find a leak.

That car is so good looking who cares if it's running off 1 cylinder!
