Hey guys. I am getting no hvac fan operation in the car. I feel the cold coming from the vent so I know the AC compressor works. I ran the actuation test in STAR for the blower motor and get 7V when 0% commanded and 0V when I command 30% or 100%. Amps stay constant at 0.4A. Is this a bad motor or regulator or resistor or all three? I also checked the button actuation from STAR and it works fine. See pics.

 

It does appear to be a bad regulator or blower assembly. Don't take my word on it, confirm with further testing.

FCPEuro has several options. List your make and model and then enter "blower" into the search bar. A regulator is not cheap and without taking mine apart, I do not know if it is part of the blower assembly.
