On yours (2003) there were three menus to set as well...instead of system diagnoses (that IS the name of the third menu...why do I keep forgetting?) your third setting was in the pass side door control module...

2014 E550 & some other stuff too...

I just did a bunch of research on this topic. Is it true that you cannot get power folding mirrors on any year e55, or with any option package? Is it available at all? '05 or '06 cars? I can't believe they do not offer this as an option on US e55s!
