Designo Graphite Photo's
Here are the photos I promised. I did a wash and a Zanio yesterday (still can’t feel my hands, 33 degrees!). I wish it was sunny as the car really glows in the sunlight, but I’ll repost if the sun ever shows itself in PA again =). Some of you may question the “Ugly” background, but that is my new house being built, so beauty is in the eye of the beholder, I guess.
QUIZ: I have made an odd lighting modification, and it is very easy to see it if you know what you are looking for, can you find it (when I tell you, you’ll be like “DAMN I should have seen that”)
PS I know I should whiteout the license plate, Thieves: If you really want the car, come try and get it![naughty](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/naughty.gif)

Excellent pics of a really sweet ride!
Congrats on the new construction, but be careful - often too many loose nails lying around for comfort!
Looks like you've synched your headlights and parking lights to come on without the fogs - am I right?

I have a relay set up so that whenever the headlights come on, the fogs come on. So in the photos you see the fogs on without the parking lights or the middle lights (don't really know what you call those)
I did this becasue the only way to turn on the fogs is to take the switch out of auto mose, and I hate that. BTW I did NOT do the same with the rear fogs because that is rude IMO (bright light in peoples faces)

Yeah, that's what I meant to say - you've suppressed the yellowish "middle" lights. Well done - never liked the color on those.

Congrats! Graphite is #1. Pics in the sun are eagerly awaited.
P.S. the wood trim is nuts. Looks much better than the walnut, and admittedly better than the black birdseye which I also have and love.

That color is soooo nice. Luckily I did not see your pictures earlier because it would have driven me nuts trying to decide between Graphite and Flint.
The continuity between the exterior and the interior, emphasized by the wood, is really classy. Congrats!

Thanks everyone!
I am really enjoying this car. I just put on the winter tires but in the week I had the PS2's I thought it handled far better than people give it credit for.
This car is such a riot; I find myself making excuses to run out and do stuff. I think my only gripe is that the door locks look pretty cheap and if that's my biggest problem I think I have found my dream car (as long as I keep the Z4 for the twisties)

Absolutely Gorgeous! Definitely worth the price of admission. I really like the interior espeicially the wood with the matching pieces throughout the cabin. The pics are great but I'm sure it's truly stunning in person.

Sweet ride. Good luck with it. Question? My 2005 came with the SAT antenna mounted on the trunk
. I see yours is mounted on the roof. Any Idea Why?
