Was your lease for 48 months? When did you get your car?

The lease was a "Flex" lease - 48 months & 12k Miles per year

"Flex" option to turn in anywhere between 36-48 month with no penalty as long as miles were in the proper range.

The next payment is due March 4th. The mileage today is 17,125-Buyout at lease end is $37,100
The car was delivered March 5th of '04

Payoff is $74,600+Tax and penalties($3200-Hence why needs to be assumed)

The car itself is 99% looking new except for tires.

As I mentioned in earlier posts- Have a Real Estate Investment needing to free up the monthly $'s this car is costing me.
