Want to change my brake pads to something that doesn't create as much dust.
What do you guys recommend as a low-dust pad that DOESN'T SQUEEL. I want them to be a street pad with no noise.

Chill put a lot of effort into finding a solution - but it seems there was never enough manufacturer interest to meet our specs. Maybe things have changed - perhaps worth another call to Pagid to see if their street pads are available yet?

Hmm.. I guess I am S.O.L on this one.. I thought there might be a solution but if there isnt a 100% working solution I'll stick to the stock stuff..

I bought rotex for my clk55. They bite pretty well but I cannot tell you whether they perform better than stock. I do have less brake dust though.
I have them on for less than 100 miles. I will perform an emergency stop this coming weekend so I'll post my findings them.
There are also pads made by porterfields from formymercedes dot com. I don't know whether there are any available for the w211 e55 but you can check the website.
