Lip spoiler install
i just received my lip spoiler from formymercedes, but it did not come with the double-sided tape. it came w/ bolts. has anyone drilled their spoiler? just spoke with jerry who is looking into why it didn't come w/ the tape. but, i was also wondering how well the tape holds up.

Did you look extremely close to make sure the tape is not there? I thought I had the same problem but the tape line is thin and hard to see. Yes, the tape seems to be very strong after many miles, automated washings, etc,, no problem...make sure you have it exactly where you want it before setting it on... the tape does not give a second chance well :

Go to Home Depot and buy double sided tape. Get a commercial grade. Don't worry, it's not permanent...we took mind off with no problem!
And yes, I didn't get tape with my spoiler from Jerry either - but he's still a good guy

I put mine on about the end of October which was pretty cold here in Wisconsin. I too was worried about the conformity at the ends of the trunk but have had no problems with gaps.. I did set a couple of books on the ends overnite at the install
