tough choice, I'd get the steering wheel before I got that lip spoiler though...the steering wheel is not just a "cosmetic" mod, you will feel a huge difference in steering feel if its diameter is smaller than the stock one

Personally I will save up that $1000
Carlsson front spoiler: modification is required and is difficult to put on.
Steering wheel: it's never on my list for modification because it's kind of hard to tell you throw in $1000.
I'd rather go for 10hp+ engine performence parts if you don't mind to void warranty
