I'm selling my '04 E-55 - $3000 to the first buyer

Hi everyone-
Well I consumated my RE Deal and now it's time to sell my favorite car!!
(I promised my wife I would, if she let me invest in the RE)

Details:

It's a Lease & needs to be assumed (Sorry, penalty too high to pay off)
Miles on car - 18,625
Lease Pmts left - #35 @ $1295. (+ state sales tax)
Mileage allowance - 48,000
Lease Purchase Option buyout at end - $37,772.
Service "B" completed early last month

Now the carrot: I will pay anyone $3000 to take over the lease to cover the slightly high mileage. (Hence: your driving free for 2 1/2 months)The car is in perfect running condition inside and out(NO DINGS even) and all you'll want to do is drop the lousy Conti's!!

Call anytime or send an e-mail???

Your worst nightmare...
how much are they asking for the payoff amount? I am thinking of leasing one and then handing it in before time. I would like to be prepared for the hit. How much?

Jody:
The payoff $72,900 + Penalty ($3190) + Sales tax ($4495)

Hence it's better to assume lease and give back in 35 months if you don't want to buy.

Dr Chill:

Three different deals actually.

Bought 2 different "building" lots over in Lehigh Acres-and looking to pick up 3 more. But the bigger RE Deal.....

Purchased a Brand new second home (completed June '05) in Las Vegas ($600k) wanting to reap the massive land appreciation going on out there.
RE appreciated 42.5% in the Vegas Valley last year//Tops in the US!
According to indicators, it will continue at least for another 18-24 months

Wife said if I'm doing this than the car has to go!!

Quite Frankly she was surprised I would do it!-I told her with decent land appreciation in the next year on these investments, my next E-55(hopefully mid next year) I'll pay cash for it and still have money left over

I'll get a good digital of the car on Sunday and attempt to post immediately after.
