What's the best way for tuning up a new E63 2010

Hi,

I just got my E63 2010, I'm wondering if there is any suggestion for tuning up the engine so i can get the highest performance the engine can give,

one of my friend suggest me to drive under (3000 RPM) until gets the car to 1000-1500 miles. is that right?

I'm glad to know your suggestion.

There are conflicting answers and opinions, I would just follow the factory's recommendation.

Thanks, you don't have any idea about the factory recommendation?
