Replacing the grill with the coupe grill...

No. They aren't interchangeable as far as i know. I suspect that the "width" of the grill in the sedan isn't as "deep" as the coupe's. As such, the sedan simply can't accommodate the coupe's grill.
Even if you got one of those cheap-ish one of ebay, the big-star grille (I don't know what else to call it) would still look strange because the sedan's design in the front doesn't allow the fins of the big star grille to go as deep back. I think it is for this reason that none of the big tuning firms, brabus, renntech, lorinser, have incorporated the big-star grille into their sedans designs as well.

Thanks. This car is amazing. I want one. Saw a silver one drive by yesterday, it looks like a tank and sounds intoxicating. Two blonds were driving it. Needless to say I would have like to show them how to drive

hi can you please post the photos of your customized grille? i was in mercedes and they said that they could not fit any other grille to it by the way
