'13 MB GL350 BLUETEC, '10 MB E63 AMG, '95 MB S600, '84 MB 380 SEL

First Service - 3,000 KM

Hi guys,

i was told by my dealer that I need to bring the car in at 3,000 km for the first service check up. That is shortly after the break in period. What is it that they do at at that stage? I am at 3,000 now and have scheduled an appointment for tomorrow.

Unless you have the Performance package (Top speed de-limited, LSD etc) there is nothing that is scheduled at that point. If you do have the PPkg, you need to get your LSD fluid changed.

I don't have the performance package. So the fluid change in the differential at 3,000 KM does not apply to me?
