Do you have any special restrictions on how you must take care of the matte paint - i.e., no automatic car washes . . . I recall reading about the Frozen Grey Matte special edition BMW M3 that just came out which had some surprising paint care restrictions.

Mercedes unlike BMW (I really admire the M5 and BMW product line) encourages no special care of the designo paint except avoiding automatic car washes (which I have avoided for years, I only have my cars hand washed). They also ask that I avoid waxing the car. Honestly, nothing other than that> No special products!

My dream come true would be to have a paint, that would look stunning and last with only regular cleaning, no special Wax/Sealants or other time consuming procedures required.

Congratulations, that's a really sharp looking sedan and very well optioned. How does the driving experience stack up to your previous vehicles?
By the way, flat emblem, medium tint and amber reflector delete are three must do mods so good thinking.
