E63 P30, CL500 Sport
Back in 2004 when I got my C32, I did receive a $25 Saks gift card and a nice thick AMG postcard (but no booklet).
When I bought my E63, I did get the AMG booklet, DVD, and they upgraded me to the $100 gift card
