Charcoal Filter Removal Side Effects?
For whatever reason I sense that I lost some low end torque ever since I removed the charcoals.
I may have gain a little over 4,000 rpm, but nothing really tangible.
The biggest side effect I noticed is that my tail pipes are now always really dirty with build up. The insides get completely black, so I was curious if anyone else has noticed this?

I have not seen any side effects. There are only two things the charcoal filter does: a) capture gasoline vapors escaping back through the air intake and b) slightly restrict airflow in the intake. All non-US cars do not have these filters and they are just fine.
