ticking at idle
Just a quick question. I started up the car (cold start) and there was this audible ticking coming from the engine bay. It could be heard even with the hood down, and inside the cabinet. The ticking got faster in sequence with the RPM. Once the oil levels got to running temp, the ticking disappeared.
Anyone have this issue? I have less than 1k miles and have never exceeded 4.5k rpm.
Thanks for looking

fwiw, mine is pretty quiet now even when cold after 15k on the clock. Give it time, these motors aren't really broken in until 10k+.

Very common as mentioned and mine quiets down even at idle when warmed up or driven for a few miles.
