Hey guys,

So i finally had my steering creak problem resolved. New struts and some lubed joints solved the problem.

But now my car feels off


I went in a few months ago for alignment issues. The dealer i went to (benzel busch) fixed my alignment and said its ready.

Now after the last service i noticed that my car is pulling slightly to the left. My steering wheel looks as if its pointed slightly left so when i drive im always pulling it to the right.

i brought it to the dealer and they told me that the car feels like its pulling because the amg 19" wheels are sensitive to the road and follow the direction of the pavement.

all other service centers charge for the alignment on my car.

what to do? anyone else with this issue?

 

My car pulls to the right but all my Benzes did after they were lowered. I like the ride height and the tire wear is ok (The toe is set correctly) so I can live with it. I usually drive in the fast lane so the crest of the road peaks to the right and that helps.

Id have the alignment specs checked again.

 

i noticed that the car is pulling very aggressively in the direction of the road. right lane puls to the right and left to the left, but it is noticeable pulling..the resistance is above average.

for the most part it pulls left on the street

Can this be due to the new struts?

 

Something has to be off spec in your alignment...you are going to have to have it checked out.

 

I had my struts replaced and no problems so far at all. In my view, whoever did the work did not do something right. Take back and have them check out alignment.
