By the end of my lease (Dec' 2012) the 2013 E63 AMG will be out. My question is, how much do you think a CPO 2011 E63 would be at the end of my current lease ? That's the car that I'm aiming for.

A CPO 2011 E63. 2010 model year does not have the alcantara headliner.
Also, keep in mind the 2011 would have the N/A motor not the new TT. Any Chance I can pick one up between 45-50k ? with 20,000 miles or less..

20k miles you could probably pick on up for around that much. Maybe a little more like $60k.
