2010, 2011 differnce

are there any differences between the two?

andl, do u guys thinking finding one with the PP is worth it, or down the road could cost more in terms of service

ive been looking at some 2010's in the 75K range, hopefully by the end of the yr get some more knocked off that, and toss in my c320 to get a good deal

what are some of the things to look for,

other option is to go with a 2009, but im inclined towards w212 right now..

hopefully will drive a cls TT today to see what that engine is all about

I believe the only differences for 2011 vs 2010 are cosmetic: alcantara headliner (which is very nice), stitched artificial leather dash and door covers (nice) and a black lacquer center console (okay).

The cars you have been looking at, how long have they been up for sale as per CarFax? I only ask because when I was searching just a couple months ago I noticed a pretty common trend and at any dealer across the country I saw ads posted for. That trend was a 2010 car would start off at mid to high 70s asking then would almost never sell for 60-90 days at which point they'd slowly dropped down to the mid to high 60s range and usually they'd sell quickly there. I say usually because on my phone I still have opened up a dealer ad on the east cost that is today at $68k and when I first found it(sometime ago) it was just shy of $70k. That is for a sub-9k mile 2010 car, they have another 2010 car under $70k as well but it has I think 20k miles.

You should not have to pay a penny over $70k for a 2010 unless they are just giving you an amazing trade in value on the C class to make up for that. BTW I only looked at CPO cars, so imagine a non-CPO could fetch less money but I never looked at them since never could establish if I could get the MBZ extended warrant on them and how much it would cost me.

im annoyed with the new ones because everything in the dealers is black, silver or white, boring, atleast in so-cal

they said they woiuldnt even let me order one because what if i pic a red car and back out on it, that they would never sell it, im like, stfu, retards
they would just do dealer swaps, whatever

Audi tried doing that to me ten+ years ago and my response was lets just make the deposit non-refundable. They had no issues at that point in ordering a car how I wanted it.

Did you try talking to dealers that are owned by one of the big chains like Auto Nation? They might be more easily willing to at least swap inventory with another Auto Nation owned MBZ dealer within the country.

Can't believe alcantara has been in Canada's '10. Why did they F--- with us in the US when we likely bought most of their cars.

Yeah, you will want to aim for 25K to 30K off the MSRP for '10 cars. Of course, a lot of them got sold within 60 days around a month ago. Most MB dealers were busy crazy last month. It took me nearly 2-3 weeks and endless phone can to finally talk in person to one of the two business managers I was looking for. Thankfully I had the extended warranty thing taken care of before the 30 days period. It's all about market and demand.

I would not go for a non-CPO cars. After some reading, I think CPO cars is better for me especially with the longer warranty and avail extended warranty since I plan to keep the car for a long time.

Black, white, and silver...not too bad. Here around Chicago area, nearly everything is black.

Up to what point can you buy the "avail extended warranty" on the CPO car?
