The car is a bit to busy looking for my taste. However, we are not selling the car, we are selling the parts. And the front lip and diffuser would look great on a properly modified E63.
Definitely a lil too busy for me too. 
I know IF you were to design one for the 212's Neal, I know you'd kill it! 
You could definitely count on me to be rocking one if I were to grab a 212 too.
