questions about AMG performance package.
about the AMG performance package for the pre 2012 non turbo E63's..
can anyone tell me what it consists of?
i know on the new one it goes from 518-550 hp and to 590 lbft
but im considering a used 2010 or 2011 to avoid the depreciation hit and was wondering
if its worth it or should i go for the 2012 with PP and forget about the 6.3 v8???
that big V8 was one of the original reasons i am considering switching to MB

From what I have gathered it stiffens up the suspension, adds the 19" wheels and the speed governor is raised. Not 100% sure but think it might come with the LSD. I know the 2011 car I looked at had the LSD and had the AMG steering wheel but as I mentioned just in another thread this morning the window sticker for that car listed the steering wheel as a separate cost from the P30 package. It does add no additional power if that is what you were wondering on.
