Active Lane, nightvision, distronic, etc
Not options I would have initially thought about choosing but now that I have them, I love them...the nightvision is like watching a high def tv (almost), the active lane is great in traffic, and with all the gadgets, phones, blackberries, etc, having that other feature that beeps when the car infront of you stops is sweet...same as that vibration when you start to veer over the lane...
Anyways, usually not much said about the safety features but i would definitely want them from now on...

That being said, i agree with you.
Here's my question
My blind spot detection warning lights are constantly illuminated orange while the car is parked and up to about 18mph when they go off and then come back on when the detect a car in your blindspot. Are they supposed to stay lit while the car is just coasting or parked or are mine just messed up? Thanks

i love the safety features. the distronic is amazing. it drops my worry about hitting the car in front of me a lot.
now... if only i were back in Cali where i could watch the girls in Newport, while having this feature as opposed to Portland.

I have used the cruise feature too much but i beleive on the control arm itself is where you control the distance between you and the car infront - usally dipicted by showing 2 cars and a distance ruler measurement that you adjust using the same arm...

yes the light appears to stay on at times when im getting started or moving slowly in certain areas - i havent looked into why as yet but i dont think its an issue, probably just more sensitive than anything else...

Thanks, Reread the manual and it states it just like that. They stay on till about 20mph then they go off. I was just comparing it to other brands where you don't see the orange unless there is something actually there in the blind spot.

Sounds like there's not too much eye-candies there in Portland.
