E63 Wagon - Blow off Valve?
Any idea if this is possible or advisable? would be nice to hear a solid KAACHHH! when driving aggressively, wouldnt want anything overly audible when towning around....

Possible, yes. Functional, likely not. Question is, beyond aural interest, why?!
Do you have a functional or performance purpose to do so? Remember, while the mechanics might seem simple, these systems are actually quite complex.

(SOLD) 05 E55 Estate. 11 Golf TDi
Not sure about mbs, but most automatic turboed cars hold boost through the shifts. You'd only hear it if you hit the gas hard, and let off quick.
