Need advice regarding drag radial/wheel fitment
Need help from 2012 E63 PP members:
Took delivery of new 2012 E63 PP ( 19 in wheels ) this past week and plan to take it to Englishtown once broken in. I expect to get into the 11s but know that will be difficult without drag radials. Therefore, my need for advice as to best drag radial tire and wheel size that will mount without spacers, etc. In other words, a no hastle swap on dragstrip days. Also, a vendor suggestion would be great...maybe Tire Rack?
Thanks.

2005 E55 drowned/ 2011 CTS-v coupe gone/ 2012 E63 PP,LSD finally here
I don't know about a complete drag radial but I do know that the Mickey Thompson ET radial street slicks come in 19" now, I think they are actually 295/30/19, just get a extra set of rear rims and mount these on, that's what I'm planning to do, hope this helps

Thanks for the reply.
According to MT, new drag radials come in size 305/35/19 and they recommend a 10" wheel. I'm concerned that these might rub. We currently have a set of Nitto 555r drag radials for my son's E55 (285/35/18) The size works well on the E55 except that they are not the best drag radials.
I have not had a chance to fit the Nitto set up on the E63, which I will do. Just trying to get the best tire and rim combination for the TT and be prepared to take it to the track once broken in.
