New to us 2010 E63

Just wanted to make our official announcement about our "new to us" car. This is our 5th overall Mercedes (Sold 2003 C320, Sold 2005 SLK350 Launch edition, Sold 2008 E350, still own 2012 SLK350) and holy crap this is the best Mercedes so far! I have nicknamed this thing Lucifer.
Here's our demon child.

Here is the birthing/delivery day!

Just wanted to introduce her to everyone and say thanks for the advice we get from everyone. We find out more on here than from the techs at the stealership. I have already had help with a radar detector question that was partially installed and a rough idle due to too much oil. Thanks!

I haven't done anything to the car other than trying to get it back into great condition so I can flip it. Whomever had it first did not know anything about waxing a car. So other than having it "warranty checked", drain some oil and drive the hell out of it, I haven't done much.
As for options, it has the lane assist, distronic, attention assist, lighting package, heated and ventilated seats, and it's ALL black. No burl walnut thank goodness.
I bought it site unseen and the dealer did not tell me about a few other things that I have to get corrected/fixed. I have noticed that there is no air compressor with the spare tire. Is there supposed to be one? I know my other Mercs have had one so I assume this one is supposed to as well. Any idea where I can get a cheap one that fits correctly into the holder?
M156 engine? I'm not familiar with that. I know it's a W212 but never heard of engine types.

how bad could the paint be after only 18-24 months of service unless it was really abused?

It came from Colorado and apparently the previous owner believed in automatic car washes a lot. I am just really picky about my cars looking as close to new as possible with the paint. Plus with it being black it shows every little thing in the pain. I am just having trouble getting all the small scratches and swirl marks out and it looks almost like the dealer I bought it from did a quick wax and buff job on the car.
The other problem is that one of the rims has a curb rash so I got to get that fixed.

It's so easy nowadays to handwash cars especially with this clear coat on nearly all cars. Again, black is fabulous but we all know how much elbow grease needed. Many automatic car washes?!...That's a major doom for black paint. That's why I'm sticking with silver or white.

Yes, there should be an air compressor. Not sure what kind would fit in the styrofoam. I'm sure an oem one will cost you an arm and a leg even though it's actually made in China. I'm sure a generic one from Wallyworld will work the same.
