Mine too when it comes to a near complete stop, I only use S+ when I want to drive the car hard though. Downshifts are fine. But I gotta tell you I hate driving this car in C mode sometimes. In C mode, sometimes shifting from 3 to 4 and mostly 4 to 5 feels weird like a slow manual transmission.
It's hard to describe, but like previously discussed on the other thread driving it hard will likely solve the jerky transmission issue.

Yes, MB should stop this adaptive tranny thing. I need no computer to read my mind when I can control the pedal with my foot. What if I see a semi barreling down at me and I floor the pedal to get out of the way--it's no time for computer to go, "let's see, in the past when he does this, it means..."
If MB is so concerned about safety, I think they should discontinue this adaptive thing. There is nothing safe and useful about having that feature. In fact, I think it's downright dangerous. MB!!!-Stop this adaptive thing!!! Or at least give us an option to turn it off. I hate it!!!

Yeah. Is it because of the adaptive thing.
My wife drives the car half the time only in c mode with eco off. She is heavy footed. But doesn't drive fast.
I drive in all three modes depending. On where and when
