Excited new 2012 e63 owner and my payment info!
Hi everyone! A general thank you to several members on this board who's comments convinced me to go for the new e63!
I have to say I thought I would miss my 2010 s4 much more than I do, but the grumble from the twin v8 (radio was on for ten minutes only today) helps me know I've made a good decision.
Pictures will be up soon.
Btw, since I was scouring these boards for lease info, here's what I paid so upcoming buyers can have a benchmark. I'm worrie but welcome the feedback to see how much I paid in terms of a good deal or not. Regardless I'm happy with my decision and my monthly.
36 month lease.
7500 miles/year
$7995 out the door
$749/month + tax
Sticker was $92,950.
Thanks!

The dealer contributed a little over $11k, selling me the car for $81k.
There isn't too much on there. Lane assist, parking assist, and panaromic moon roof.

LEASE
I have never leased a car before.
What are the benefits of a lease? Pros/Cons
Have to be returned with stock wheels and no mods?

Congrats! By the way, what color is it, inside and outside?
Overall, lease is good if you plan to bounce from car to car every few years. However, buying the car still saves the most, esp if you plan to keep it for a long time. Fees are obviously one con on leasing a car. Another con is the limit in miles. The 7500 miles/year equals around 144 miles/week; that means you would be able to take frequent cross country drive.

Sounds about right.
at 1010/month you are paying 220/mo more than me (if I had gotten 10k miles)...over three years thats about $8K.
I paid $8K down, so the difference is you're paying $3300 more for a car worth $3300 more...

payment
Thats a pretty good deal from WC.
94K msrp
2k drive off, 12K miles, 1100 inc 8.25 tax
i dont like putting a lot of money down on a lease. keep the money in your pocket and invest it in sometime better
Pluse MB normally lets you write off the last couple of payments if you buy another car from them-

Ok. I am going to do a similar lease as you but with around 10-15,000 miles/year 2012 CLS63, 36 Months.
What do you think would be a fair lease?

However, I got into this car for only $50 more a month, and they took my s4 and gave me extra money, making my down payment relatively negligible.
$50 more a month for a car with a sticker of $40K more? Deal.

Is a lease a set rate or does it depend on your credit? My idenity was stolen so my credits horrible(it is getting cleared out but I don't want to wait). I would definatley pay 750 a month for this car.

It's both really. The leasing company will have per determined rate based on your credit level. Alway try to find out what the leasing company rate is, because the dealer will sometimes adding a bit. Call around to cross verify rates.
