Downpipes and resonator delete

Have a short list of engine mods that like done, tune, filters , catless downpipes and Res delete. Want more sound but too much is going to **** the wife off. Have a 6 month baby that rides and don't want her going deaf

Do you think cat less downpipes and res delete will too much. I know there is no power benefit from the res delete but it looks like my next mod. Should I just skip the res delete

I have downpipes and cat delete but kept the resonator. Almost stock quiet up until 3000/3500 RPM where it starts to open up. Much louder at cold start though so if you live in a house with garage the wife is certainly going to hear you in the morning. Also very loud at WOT (C63 with long tubes territory).

An added benefit is the sound of the turbos spooling. Puts a huge grin on my face every time.

Good luck.

Thanks for the info. I imagined the cat less pipes would be louder but wasn't sure how much. Any sound clips, is your car tuned,

Yes. Running a Kleemann tune. Don't have any decent sound clips but I'll try to capture some over the next couple of days.

Which DP's are you running? How bad is the exhaust smell from not having cats? Do your clothes stink after a long drive?
