What went wrong with E63 W212??
My warranty has 3 months left, have only done 10k miles.
What are some things I should maybe have checked out?

I'm sorry to say this, but you should have been out on the road with her more often instead of keeping her as a garage queen. With these types of cars, not driving it is like not having sex with your girfriend so she can be more desirable to the next person (quote from someone else). Hopefully, those 10K miles have been quality miles.
You might want to consider an extended warranty should you decide to keep her. If not, I would trade it in if I were you. By the way, how long is the standard new car warranty there? Did you get it new?
