'10 E63/W212 Audio Glove Box Prop Cable to iPod & 3.5mm Audio
When I picked up my car it was already furnished with the proprietary MB audio to iPod and 3.5mm audio adapter (sits on the top shelf).
As I never had an iPod, I wasn't able to fully take advantage of the integrated audio features aside from just playing through the audio cable.
Wanted to see if there was an update and/or if they made the connector as a USB instead of the iPod one to use?
Saw that UCI has a USB Cable Connect, but not sure if that would work:

You would think MB will make it more user-friendly by having a USB jack. It's the same thing with having that dumb pcmcia slot instead of the SD slot as found on recent model years. I found out about the SD slot after I drove back yesterday in a loaner 2013 E350.
