2014 E63

I just read that the new ones will be 4 wheel drive or have it as an option, not sure.

Anyway how freakin fast will that car be with an aggressive tune? Will the 4 wheel drive system and axles be able to handle the tunes? I would imagine they will with only 33% power going to the front.

Is this car going to break into the 9's with a good tune and slicks only? Am i dreaming? I don't know but it should be close at least?

I can't wait to get one although it will be 2-3 years. I was just getting prepared to trade my 2007 E63 in on a clean 2012 or 2013 later in the year, but this has thrown a wrench into my plans. The 4matic E63 may be worth waiting for.

You are lucky and i hate you. Just kidding. I see your logic and you are probably wise. That being said I would throw caution into the wind and bite on the 4matic. I figure with only 33% going up front they will be OK, but you never know.

I was about to make the jump on the 4matic CLS but when I noticed that the 1/4 mile times were only .1 to .2 sec quicker, I figured that that the 4WD system was robbing power up top. The 0-60 in the 4matic is sick and will be crazy fast with a tune (probably low 3s).
I did end up doing like alrasheed and bought a 2013 (they twisted my arm with a large break on the price).
You can't go wrong with either. It's a nice problem to have
