Couple E63 questions

E63 input, persepctive buyer looking for tips
I almost made a buy on an 04 E55 a few months back, however I decided to hold out. I've since found a couple 63's locally and am again on the prowl. I'm semi familiar with most E55 defaults/issues to look out for, however am clueless of the possible problems that come with pre-owned 63's. Any in-site would be greatly appreciated.
I'm also curious as to why I've found a couple decent mile 63's that are even cheaper than some 55's... I've been in the market for awhile just thought I'd ask some of the gurus. TIA, here are a couple, private dealer but seem legit, both single owners with full records...

I suppose I neglected to mention the questions I had, are there any common problems to be aware of or perhaps any of the same precautions to take as when shopping for a 55?

Both links are dead. What year 63 are you looking at? If it's pre-turbo (M156) engine, then you might also post in the C63 forum as that one is more frequented. Biggest problem there was a head bolt issue that has affected some of the earlier years.
